Came in when it wasn't busy, so got all of the boss's attention. Got the AC turned on and everything. I ordered the Grilled Lemongrass Chicken and it was really good, crispy and tasty with some nice chicken rice, sauce, and veggies.

I keep coming back to this place because, lemme tell you, their chicken is some of the greatest meat i'v had the pleasure of putting in my mouth. Pause. But fr tho, would recommend.

I came here craving Hainan chicken rice, but was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic lemongrass grilled chicken! The portion size was generous, the chicken was incredibly juicy, and the flavor was spot-on. The sticky rice option was a great touch as well. Overall, a delightful experience--thank you for exceeding my expectations!

Have been coming here since forever..... maybe 2014 or so... still tastes the same deliciousness. If you love chicken or if you love noodles or rice, this is the place for you! This is a mom and pop shop and I'm so glad it lasted through the pandemic bc I would've cried if it ever shuts down. The dishes come with miraculously deboned chicken with skin and this oh so flavorful soy sauce based sauce. I would eat this everyday if I could!

A new favorite! My friend and I went here for dinner last night around 7:30 and we were the only ones there. The man helping us was so sweet and kind and the service was very fast. We ordered the #3 (grilled lemongrass chicken with chicken rice) and the #20 (dry chicken egg noodle and chicken soup on the side). I ordered the grilled chicken with my soup and it was delicious! The chicken and broth were very flavorful and it was perfect to warm me up - the soup came out piping hot! Will definitely be back!!

When I went during lunch time, it was not busy. The workers were friendly and we didn't wait that long for our food. Good hole in the wall spot for authentic Vietnamese food. Plenty of seating as well. I ordered the Com Ga Nam An which is hainan chicken with chicken rice. I wished they gave more pieces of chicken. The rice and chicken tasted fresh and satisfying. They provided 3 different sauces. My favorite sauce was the fish sauce. Definitely cleaned my plate at this place. The onions and the tomatoes went well with chicken and rice. The meal also came with chicken broth which went well with the dish.

Visited on a Sunday evening and the place was empty, no lines, no waits, instant service. The staff was friendly, helpful, efficient, and gave us everything we needed without even having to ask. The restaurant was clean, plenty of tables and seating inside, and two TVs at the corners, one playing a show (either on mute or really low volume), the other with changing images of nature and playing meditation music (or "healing melody" as noted on the screen), something like what you may hear at a spa or massage parlor... that was different (for a restaurant setting) but cool, as we shared conversation while enjoying our meals. We got the #3 (grilled lemongrass chicken with rice) and #11 (pho with chicken giblets). My bf especially liked the Hainan chicken pieces, and noted the tiny spicy jalapenos/ peppers that came on the side (I tried it, and it was super spicy!). I absolutely loved the grilled lemongrass chicken dish. The chicken didn't have a whole lot of seasoning but still had really good flavor, juicy and grilled perfectly with a nice char. It came with sauce/broth on the side, but didn't really need it, as it was good on its own. It was also a good-sized helping, two pieces of chicken, plenty of rice (I probably only finished half), and fresh pickled veggies that weren't too sour. Everything was tasty while not heavy on the sodium, which is exactly what we wanted. Plus we got a free soda with Yelp check-in. Overall, we had a great experience, and I'd definitely return.

Wanted to try this place out before we moved away since we saw so many great reviews. We got the lemongrass chicken, hainan chicken, and chicken pho. Lemongrass chicken was pretty good. Really liked the sauce that they give with it. Makes it extra flavorful. Hainan chicken was surprisingly tasty. The only thing is the amount of chicken you get is insanely small. As you can see from my photo, it literally looks like one chicken drumstick sliced onto the plate. So while the chicken had good flavor...there was barely any chicken on the plate. The rice could've been more aromatic and flavorful is as well. The chicken pho was very bland. Which was surprising due to the good reviews. But the broth was incredibly under seasoned and bland. My husband liked the lemongrass chicken the best. I liked the hainan chicken the best but there just needs to be more hainan chicken on the plate. Overall I'd say it's a 3.5
